Dr. Oz. Chickpea Flour Flatbread
- 1 12 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 14 cups water
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 garlic cloves, very finely chopped
- Mix all ingredients to form a smooth batter and set aside to rest for about 30 minutes.
- On a medium-high temperature, pour 1/4 -1/3 cup of the batter onto an oiled pan.
- Cook both sides evenly, flipping them with caution.
- Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the batter, adding oil to the pan when necessary.
- Serve with desired filling, or eat plain.
