Swai fried
- 1 cup sr flour
- 2 cup corn meal finely ground
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 26 oz swai
- Heat oil
- Mix the pepper, corn meal, flour all together
- Salt the fish both sides dredge the fish in the flour cornmeal mixtue I cut four filets into 3 pieces each
- Fry in pan with oil when done add to paper towel to absorb excess oil
- When done serve hope you enjoy
