Swai fried

  1. Heat oil
  2. Mix the pepper, corn meal, flour all together
  3. Salt the fish both sides dredge the fish in the flour cornmeal mixtue I cut four filets into 3 pieces each
  4. Fry in pan with oil when done add to paper towel to absorb excess oil
  5. When done serve hope you enjoy
