Easy Mexican Guajillo Salsa

• 4 -5 plum tomatoes
• 14 onion
• 12 teaspoon minced garlic or 1 -2 garlic clove
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 -4 dried guajillo chilies (stem cut off)

1. Place all ingredients in the blender and puree.
2. Boil in a sauce pan till it turns dark red.
3. Add to anything you'd like.
4. Enjoy!
