Italian Stir Fry
- 1 small bag spinach
- 1 lb Sirloin steeak trimmed cut in cubes
- 1 yellow sguash cubed
- 1 small container mushrooms your choice
- 1 yellow onion sliced
- 1 spoon crushed garlic
- 1 bell pepper cubed
- 1 tsp Goya Adobo
- 1/2 jar Ragu Chyunky tomato,oniion garlic sauce
- 2 servings Linguine
- lb meat
- grams pasta
- Brown up meat till done, then add spinach and cook down.
- Add all other vegetables and stir together.
- Be sure to use a large frying pan or a wok.
- Cover and let simmer for about 10 mlnutes on low.
- While this is going on have water boiling and cook linguine to all dente.
- Drain excess juices from pan.
- Drain pasta and stir into vegetables and then add sauce, continue to heat on low to medium for about 10 to 15 minutes.
