Italian Stir Fry

  1. Brown up meat till done, then add spinach and cook down.
  2. Add all other vegetables and stir together.
  3. Be sure to use a large frying pan or a wok.
  4. Cover and let simmer for about 10 mlnutes on low.
  5. While this is going on have water boiling and cook linguine to all dente.
  6. Drain excess juices from pan.
  7. Drain pasta and stir into vegetables and then add sauce, continue to heat on low to medium for about 10 to 15 minutes.
