Cream of Wheat Fudge Brownies
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Cream of Wheat
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- In large bowl, mix sugar, cereal, cocoa and flour; blend in egg product, margarine and vanilla.
- Spread in greased 8x8x2-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 325F for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almos tclean.
- Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
- Cut into 2-inch squares.
