Cake Batter Bark

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave, over a double burner, or over low heat.
  2. Spread thinly over parchment paper.
  3. Cool in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  4. Melt the white chocolate.
  5. Add the cake mix, stir well.
  6. Spread over the dark, using only a small part at a time so as not to melt the dark chocolate underneath.
  7. Top with rainbow sprinkles.
  8. Freeze for 20 more minutes.
  9. Break into pieces and keep in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat it.
