Green Salad with Apple, Feta, Pecans and Balsamic Dressing

  1. Place nuts in a medium skillet with 2 tablespoons sugar.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat until nuts are coated and brown, stirring constantly, about 4 minutes; set aside.
  3. Toss salad greens, apples and cheese.
  4. Combine dressing ingredients in a small jar and shake vigorously (I usually just use the blender).
  5. Pour over the salad just before serving.
  6. Sprinkle with sugared nuts.
