Man Dip Husband Approved Cheese Dip
- 16 ounces, weight 2% Velveeta
- 2 cans (12.5 Oz. Size) White Chunk Ckicken
- 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 2 cans (14 Oz. Size) Origional Rotel, Undrained
- 8 ounces, weight Fat Free Sour Cream
- 2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon Diced Jarred Jalapenos
- Turn crock pot on high.
- Cut the Velveeta into small chunks and place in the crock pot to start melting.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring to combine.
- It will take a little while for the cheese to melt and for everything to incorporate.
- Continue checking and stirring until desired thickness is achieved.
- Tip: to speed things up, place cubed Velveeta in a microwave safe bowl and microwave before transferring to the slow cooker and adding remaining ingredients.
