Grilled Garlic Chicken with Bell Peppers Recipe
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 large garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 6 chicken breast halves, skin, boned
- 1 red bell pepper, quarter long
- 1 green bell pepper, quarter long
- 1 yellow bell pepper, quarter long
- Whisk the Italian dressing, rosemary, and garlic in large bowl.
- Add chicken and all three bell peppers and toss to coat evenly.
- Let the chicken marinade for about two hours or cover and chill for up to 1 day.
- You may frequently toss the marinading chicken to ensure that it absorbs as much flavor.
- Prepare and heat the grill with medium heat.
- Drain the liquid marinade and remove the chicken.
- Grill the chicken and bell peppers until just cooked through.
- This should take about 5 minutes per side, or until brown and tender.
