Bruschetta With Fresh Tomato And Basil Recipe

  1. In a bowl, mix together the tomatoes, basil, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar.
  2. Add in 1/4 tsp.
  3. of the garlic paste, and blend well.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hrs, if possible.
  6. Place the bruschetta on a large platter in a single layer.
  7. When ready to serve, drizzle each one with about 1 Tbsp.
  8. of juice from the bottom of the bowl containing the tomato mix.
  9. With a slotted spoon, strew the tomato mix over the bruschetta.
  10. Serve immediately.
