Orange and Almond Chicken Salad Pitas
- 2 qt. cooked chicken, cut into strips
- 1-1/2 qt. canned mandarin oranges, drained
- 1-1/3 cups slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 cup KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 16 each pita breads, cut in half
- 32 each lettuce leaves
- Combine chicken, oranges and nuts in large bowl.
- Add mayonnaise and parsley; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- For each serving: Line each of 2 pita halves with 1 lettuce leaf; fill with #6 scoop of chicken salad.
