Fizzy Tangerine Crush Jellies
- 3 Tangerines
- 200 ml Unflavored soda (I used Mitsuya Cider)
- 5 grams Gelatin
- 50 ml Hot water
- Peel 1 tangerine and remove all the inner membranes.
- Finely chop the tangerine pulp.
- Cut the other 2 tangerines into half crosswise, then squeeze the juice.
- Combine Step 1 and Step 2 in a bowl, and add soda.
- Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
- Add to Step 3 and mix.
- Cover the bowl with cling film and chill in the fridge to set.
- The gelatin mixture will become firm after 1.5 hours ~ 2 hours.
- When the jelly has set, stir it up with a whisk to crush it.
- Transfer to glasses and they're done!
