Fizzy Tangerine Crush Jellies

  1. Peel 1 tangerine and remove all the inner membranes.
  2. Finely chop the tangerine pulp.
  3. Cut the other 2 tangerines into half crosswise, then squeeze the juice.
  4. Combine Step 1 and Step 2 in a bowl, and add soda.
  5. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
  6. Add to Step 3 and mix.
  7. Cover the bowl with cling film and chill in the fridge to set.
  8. The gelatin mixture will become firm after 1.5 hours ~ 2 hours.
  9. When the jelly has set, stir it up with a whisk to crush it.
  10. Transfer to glasses and they're done!
