Heather's Simple Souped Up Icing

• 1/2 tbsp vanilla butter nut extract
• 3 tbsp evaporated milk
• 14 oz cream cheese icing

1. Combine all three ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. Top your cake & dig in!
