BBQ Snack Mix
- 3 cups oven-toasted corn cereal squares
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1-1/2 cups miniature pretzel twists
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp. Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
- Heat oven to 225 degrees F.
- Combine cereal, nuts and pretzels in large bowl.
- Mix all remaining ingredients except rosemary until blended.
- Add to cereal mixture; toss to evenly coat.
- Spread cereal mixture onto 2 rimmed baking sheets.
- Bake 1 hour 40 min., stirring and adding rosemary after 1 hour.
- Cool completely.
