Baked Pork Enchiladas

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add meat and onions; cook and stir 5 to 6 min.
  4. or until meat is done.
  5. Stir in corn and 1/2 cup each salsa and cheese.
  6. Spread 1 cup salsa onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up.
  8. Place, seam sides down, in prepared dish; top with remaining salsa and cheese.
  9. Bake 20 min.
  10. or until heated through.
