Turkey Jerk Burgers

  1. Preheat large nonstick skillet or grillpan to med-high.
  2. Combine turkey through salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Form into 4 patties no more than 1" thick.
  4. Spray pan with non-stick spray, then place burgers in pan.
  5. Cook 6 minutes on each side.
  6. Squeeze lime juice over patties before removing from pan.
  7. Serve on toasted buns with mango salsa.
