Tex-Mex Fries
- 1-1/2 gal. Hot, crisp-cooked french fries
- 3 cups Cheez Whiz Cheese Spread, heated until very hot
- 4-1/2 cups Kraft Habanero Heat Shredded Cheese
- 1-1/2 cups tomatoes, seeded, diced
- 3/4 cup bacon bits
- 3/4 cup scallions, finely chopped
- For each 4-serving appetizer: Arrange 1 lb.
- (450 g) hot french fries on serving platter.
- Top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) Cheez Whiz, 3/4 cup (175 mL) shredded cheese, 1/4 cup (50 mL) tomatoes and 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) each bacon and scallions.
- Serve immediately.
