Tex-Mex Fries

  1. For each 4-serving appetizer: Arrange 1 lb.
  2. (450 g) hot french fries on serving platter.
  3. Top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) Cheez Whiz, 3/4 cup (175 mL) shredded cheese, 1/4 cup (50 mL) tomatoes and 2 Tbsp.
  4. (30 mL) each bacon and scallions.
  5. Serve immediately.
