Scalloped Taters And Ham Recipe
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream">cream or possibly plain cream">cream
- 1 tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. cubed cooked ham
- 4 c. quick taters (frzn potatoes)
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine soup, mustard, cream, onion and pepper.
- Fold all together.
- Pour into greased casserole.
- Bake 40 to 45 min.
