Three Cheese Pockets
- 2 ounces pepperoni
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons black olives
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 4 mozzarella string cheese
- 1 (14 ounce) can pizza dough
- 3 tablespoons Italian dressing
- Finely chop the pepperoni.
- Drain and finely chop the mushrooms.
- Finely chop the black olives.
- Combine pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, cream cheese, oregano, garlic powder, 2 tablespoons parmesan, and salt and pepper in medium bowl.
- Stir well.
- Cut each cheese stick into six 1/2 inch pieces.
- On a floured surface roll out pizza dough to a 12 by 18 inch rectangle.
- Brush dough with 2 tablespoons of Italian Dressing.
- Cut into 24 equal pieces.
- Place one piece of the mozzrella cheese on each piece and a scant tablespoon of pepperoni mixture.
- Bring all four corners together and pinch to seal.
- Brush with remaining Italian Dressing and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan Cheese and extra oregano.
- Place about 1 inch apart on baking sheet.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
- Makes 24 appetizers.
- Can be served with warmed pizza or marinara sauce.
