Chili Sausage Squares Recipe
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pound bulk sausage, cooked and liquid removed
- 2 (4 ounce.) can green chilis, minced and liquid removed
- 1/2 c. minced onion (cook with sausage)
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 c. (8 ounce.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- Combine Bisquick, lowfat milk and mayonnaise and stir well.
- Spread in lightly greased 13x9 inch pan.
- Layer sausage/onion over this.
- Combine egg, cheese and green chilis and spread on top.
- Bake at 350 for 30-35 min.
- Let it stand 5-10 min before cutting.
