Chocolate Coconut Mocha Cookies

  1. Cream first bowl all together.
  2. Gradually mix in second bowl of dry ingredients.
  3. Towards the end I found it necessary to add a splash of milk to keep the mixture soft enough for my beater.
  4. Cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.

butter, cocoa powder, sugar, ground coffee, eggs, coconut, flour, baking soda, salt, cream of tartar
