Weight Watcher Stuffed Peppers

  1. Saute ground turkey, onion and celery in oil in nonstick frypans sprayed with Pam.
  2. Add cooked rice, spices, bouillon, V-8 and Worcestershire.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Spoon into pepper halves.
  5. Garnish with a tomato slice and 1 teaspoon grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0, covered, 1 hour.
  7. Four servings (2 halves each) equals 4 protein and 1 bread.
