Apricot Spice Butter Recipe

  1. Wash, peel and pit apricots; cut into small pcs.
  2. Cook in their own juices over a very low heat till fruit is soft.
  3. Measure apricot pulp; add in 1/2 c. sugar for each c. of apricot pulp.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients and cook till thick.
  5. Ladle into sterilized jars and seal.
