Peach Pie Recipe
- Pastry crust for 8" 2 crust pie
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced peaches canned in fruit juice, undrained
- 2 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
- 2 drops almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Line bottom of pie plate with crust.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix peaches, juice, tapioca, almond extract and cinnamon.
- Pour into prepared pie plate and top with second crust.
- Bake 40-45 min.
- Serves 8 at 200 calories each serving.
