Pizza Crust Dough Recipe
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. very hot water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 3 tbsp. oil
- Dissolve yeast in hot water then add in oil and salt.
- Stir in flour to make a moist dough.
- Place in greased bowl in a hot place to rise for 1 hour.
- Makes sufficient crust for 2 pizzas.
- (Cook dough at 425 degrees for about 10 min before putting anything on the crust.)
