Molasses Cookies Edible Christmas Decorations Recipe

  1. Cream butter and stir in sugar and molasses.
  2. Stir in boiling coffee.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and stir till a soft dough is formed.
  4. Turn dough out onto a floured board and knead till smooth.
  5. Wrap dough and refrigeratefor 2 hrs.
  6. Shape dough as desired (roll and cut), do not forget hole if making decorations, and bake 7-10 min at 350 degrees.
  7. Decorate with squirt canned frosting if you like.
  8. 4-5 dozen.
