Peanut Butter Waffles Recipe
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
- 3 teaspoon sugar
- 6 teaspoon peanut butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- Sift flour, baking pwdr, sugar, and salt into a bowl.
- Cream peanut butter with butter till smooth.
- Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk till blended.
- Add in to peanut butter mix.
- Beat well.
- Add in sifted dry ingredients.
- Mix just till smooth.
- Bake in a warm waffle iron following manufacturers instructions.
- Serve immediately with jelly or possibly syrup.
