Spinach Bake

• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach
• 2 (8 ounce) containers small curd cottage cheese
• 6 tablespoons flour
• 13 cup butter
• 6 eggs
• 12 lb sharp cheddar cheese
• 12 lb monterey jack cheese
• 12 teaspoon salt and pepper

1. Thaw spinach and press out water.
2. melt butter; add flour, make a smooth paste.
3. in a large bowl beat eggs.
4. add to flour mixture, beat.
5. add remaining ing.
6. mix with spoon.
7. bake at 350 for 1 hour or until firm.
8. let stand a few minutes before serving.
