Make-Ahead Spaghetti Supreme
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground sausage
- 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.
- Brown meat, then stir in spaghetti sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and green onion.
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer half of the spaghetti and cover with all the cheese mixture.
- Add remaining spaghetti and pour butter over top.
- Spread meat sauce over top. Add Cheddar cheese over entire top. Chill up to 24 hours or bake for 45 minutes at 350u0b0.
- If refrigerated, remove 5 to 10 minutes before baking.
