Classic Fruit Crumble
- 2 1/2 cups fruit fresh or frozen
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose plus 2 teaspoons, divided
- 3 teaspoons orange juice
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 13 cup almonds chopped
- 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 18 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil or olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400AF.
- Mix together fruit, sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and orange juice in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Divide among 4 6-ounce ovenproof ramekins.
- Add oats, almonds, brown sugar, the remaining 2 1/2 teaspoons flour and cinnamon in a large bowl, and mix well.
- Drizzle with oil and stir until well combined.
- Spoon over the fruit mixture.
- Arrange the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden, about 25 minutes.
- Cool for a few minutes and serve warm.
