Classic Fruit Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 400AF.
  2. Mix together fruit, sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and orange juice in a medium bowl until well combined.
  3. Divide among 4 6-ounce ovenproof ramekins.
  4. Add oats, almonds, brown sugar, the remaining 2 1/2 teaspoons flour and cinnamon in a large bowl, and mix well.
  5. Drizzle with oil and stir until well combined.
  6. Spoon over the fruit mixture.
  7. Arrange the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden, about 25 minutes.
  8. Cool for a few minutes and serve warm.
