Wild Rice Pilaf
- 1 12 cups wild rice
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons orange zest
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 12 cup raisins
- 1 12 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon butter, softened
- 12 cup fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 12 cup chopped green onion
- Mix rice, chicken stock, orange zest, orange juice, raisins, curry powder and butter in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high 2-3 hours or until rice is tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients just before serving.
