Lemon Rolls

  1. Mix lemon zest and sugar together.
  2. Cut bread rolls in half and place in a sprayed 9X13 baking dish.
  3. Drizzle 1/4 cup of melted butter over rolls.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 of the lemon zest & sugar mixture over rolls.
  5. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.
  6. Remove wrap and sprinkle remaining half of the lemon zest/sugar mixture.
  7. Place in 350F preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
  8. Combine and mix glaze ingredients.
  9. Drizzle over finished rolls.
