Raw Winter Vegetable Salad With Asian Dressing
- 1 small Red Cabbage
- 1 large White Onion
- 6 Brussel Sprouts
- 1 Kale
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 box Tender Stem Broccoli
- 1 large Eating Apple of your choice
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 as needed Mint
- 1 as needed Coriander
- 1 as needed Chives
- 1 Lime
- 1 as needed Fish Sauce
- Shred or grate, red cabbage, onion, broccoli, kale, red pepper, sprouts, apple to the amounts you want to serve.
- Add sesame seeds, chopped mint, coriander, chives to personal taste.
- The dressing, crush garlic, add sesame oil, fish sauce, sweet chilli sauce and lime juice.
- The dressing should have a balance of savoury, sweet, salty and spice.
- Dress the salad and serve.
- Use the dressing at the last moment as the lime juice will start to make the crunchy salad soft.
- The salad is great with Roasted Veg or Meat/Fish
