Herb Butter with Shallots

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Chill 1/2 hour, or until firm enough to shape into a log.
  3. Place butter mixture on sheet of plastic wrap.
  4. Shape into log, and roll up in plastic.
  5. Twist ends to seal.
  6. Chill until firm.
  7. Will keep in refrigerator up to 2 weeks, or in freezer for 6 months.
