Egg Pizza For Breakfast (Children) Recipe
- 10 ounce. can refrigerated pizza crust
- 8 Large eggs
- 4 ounce. fully cooked turkey sausage links
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced and cored
- 1 c. shredded low-fat Mozzarella
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place crust in 10 inch pizza pan and cook for 5 min till lightly brown.
- While crust is baking, scramble Large eggs till moist, not dry.
- Spread Large eggs over crust.
- Top with cut-up sausage, tomato and cheese.
- Bake 5 min till cheese is melted.
- Cut into slices.
