Tomato Potato Chowder Recipe

  1. Assemble and prepared ingredients.
  2. Saute/fry onions in butter till just tender.
  3. Add in tomatoes, sugar, herb seasoning, salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer 15 min.
  5. Add in potatoes and water.
  6. Simmer till potatoes are tender, about 15 min.
  7. Stir in cream or possibly lowfat milk and heat through.
