Cheeseburger Tots
- 1 qt. prepared mashed potatoes
- ground beef, cooked, drained
- 4 each eggs
- 1-1/3 cups Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup scallions, sliced
- 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- Combine all ingredients, except flour, until well blended.
- Form into a log about 2 inches in diameter.
- Roll in plastic wrap; refrigerate until firm.
- Cut log into 2-1/2-inch pieces; roll in flour.
- Fry in 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) deep fryer 4 min.
- or until crisp.
