Watermelon & Feta Caprese Salad
- 1 seedless watermelon wedge (1-1/2 lb.), rind removed, sliced
- 1 yellow tomato, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese, sliced
- 2/3 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
- Arrange watermelon, tomato and cheese slices alternately on platter.
- Tuck basil leaves in between slices as desired.
- Drizzle with dressing.
