Apple Apricot Chops Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients; cover and cook 7 to 9 hrs on LOW.
  2. A half hour before serving, pour liquid into a separate container to skim off excess fat.
  3. Stir in cornstarch mix and return broth to crockpot.
  4. Continue cooking on LOW till smooth and thickened.
  5. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.

pork filets, apple, apricot, cranberries, onion, celery, apple juice, brown sugar, sherry, cornstarch mixed, water
