Pork Chop and Brown Rice Skillet Dinner

  1. Preheat a large, deep skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add olive oil or vegetable oil to pan and heat for a moment.
  3. Add your chops and brown on both sides.
  4. Then remove from pan.
  5. Add your broth and brown rice.
  6. Stir.
  7. Add the can of tomatoes, celery, onion, red pepper and seasonings.
  8. Stir and bring to a boil.
  9. Place the chops back on top of rice, cover and simmer for about one hour.
  10. That's all!
  11. Enjoy!
