KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Florentine-Stuffed Chicken Breasts
- 1 pkg. (18 oz.) KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Three Cheese Florentine
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.), pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pour half the Simmer Sauce into baking dish.
- Mix Baking Sauce, spinach and bread crumbs until blended.
- Spread evenly onto chicken breasts.
- Starting at one short end; roll up.
- Cover with remaining Simmer Sauce and cheese.
- Bake 30 to 35 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
