Shrimp and Avocado Pockets

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the lemon juice with the garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Gradually whisk in the oil.
  3. Add all of the remaining salad ingredients and toss well.
  4. Stuff the pita breads with the shrimp salad and serve.
