Avocado Tomato Salsa

  1. Cut the tomatoes in half and scoop out the seeds.
  2. Cut into 1/2-inch dice and put in a serving bowl.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and carefully stir to mix evenly.
  4. Taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary.
  5. Use as directed in the recipe or served with any type of grilled meat, seafood, or vegetable.
