Chewy Coffee-Kissed Chocolate Cookies
- 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.)
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks
- 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Microwave first 3 ingredients in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
- or until butter is melted.
- Stir until chocolates are completely melted.
- Beat eggs, sugar, instant coffee, vanilla, salt and baking powder in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Add chocolate mixture; mix well.
- Add flour; beat just until blended.
- Stir in chocolate chunks and nuts.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough, 4 inches apart, onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 10 to 12 min.
- or until cookies are puffed and feel set to the touch.
- Cool on baking sheet 1 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
