Pizza Dough

  1. whisk yeast into warm water and let sit 10 minutes.
  2. blend all dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
  3. add Olive oil and water/yeast mix into dry ingredients.
  4. mix to a stiff dough.
  5. cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  6. punch down and cut into 2 equal portions.
  7. round, cover and let rest 5 more minutes.
  8. flatten by hand or with a rolling pin on a floured surface.
  9. transfer to a pizza pan or screen.
  10. top with whatever sauce, cheese and toppings that you like.
  11. bake in a 425 degree oven for about 23 minutes.
