Stewed Lamb

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a food storage size plastic bag.
  2. Add lamb and shake to coat.
  3. Heat a large skillet and add a little olive oil.
  4. Brown lamb
  5. Remove from skillet.
  6. In same skillet add more olive oil and cook onion and garlic
  7. Add stewed tomatoes and stir to mix.
  8. Return lamb to skillet and simmer, covered for about 1 hour or until lamb is tender.
  9. Goes well with rice.
