Meatballs in Gravy
- 24 meatballs
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 12 teaspoon onion salt
- Arrange meatballs in baking dish.
- Whisk flour into milk.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour over meatballs.
- Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Place in freezer bag.
- Label and freeze.
- To serve; thaw and heat.
- Serve over hot mashed potatoes or noodles.
- Variation: freeze prior to baking.
- To serve: thaw.
- Place in baking dish.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
