Meatballs in Gravy

  1. Arrange meatballs in baking dish.
  2. Whisk flour into milk.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour over meatballs.
  5. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  7. Place in freezer bag.
  8. Label and freeze.
  9. To serve; thaw and heat.
  10. Serve over hot mashed potatoes or noodles.
  11. Variation: freeze prior to baking.
  12. To serve: thaw.
  13. Place in baking dish.
  14. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
