Grilled Salmon With Chive Sauce Dressing

  1. In a food processor or blender, blend the ingredients to a smooth the mixture.
  2. Generously coat the salmon filets with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and place on a hot grill 6-8 minutes until theyll turn without sticking.
  3. Cook the opposite side for 2- minutes until done.
  4. Plate the salmon hot off the grill and serve with the dressing spooned over the top.
