Baked Club Wrap
- 1 tortilla
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 1/2 slice bacon
- 1 1/2 oz chicken
- 1 1/2 oz turkey
- 1 1/2 oz roast beef
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar
- 1/4 cup tomato
- 2 tbsp onion
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp basil
- pinch salt
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop insides into mixing bowl.
- Wash tomato, dice to measurement, and add to bowl.
- Repeat for onion.
- Add mayonaisse, mustard, salt, garlic powder, and basil.
- Mash and stir.
- On one side of torilla, spread cheese.
- Cover with bacon, turkey, roast beef, and chicken.
- On other side, spread avocado mixture.
- Fold together.
- Place on non-stick sheet, and bake in oven for 16-18 minutes.
