Algerian Cooked Carrot Salad Kitchen Safari Recipe
- 1 lb Carrots
- 3 x Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pch Salt
- 1 pch Sugar Lemon Juice
- 1/4 x -to
- 1/2 tsp Pepper, Cayenne
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Parsley, minced
- Scrape the carrots and quarter lengthwise.
- Cook in a little water with garlic and a healthy pinch of salt and sugar, for 15 min.
- Drain and chill.
- Just before serving, cover with lemon juice, aobut 1/4 tsp.
- salt, cayenne and cumin.
- Sprinkle with minced parsley.
